Once the order is placed you will receive the notification. We take a minimum of 3 – 5 days for the shipment in the metro cities and in the non-metro cities, the shipment may take upto 6 - 8 working days.

Orders from remote areas may require additional shipping fees.

Products once delivered, cannot be returned/exchanged/ replaced. We only provide a replacement if they are damaged or tampered with, during transit. The damaged item needs to be shipped back to our address from your end.

  One of our customer service executives will assist you through the replacement process. We will initiate the replacement thereafter. If you have received the product in a damaged condition; in this case, you need to inform us about the condition within 24 hours of receipt of your order by you. Product should be returned to the address mentioned on the website in case of replacement.

The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

• Damages due to misuse of the product
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Any consumable item which has been used/installed
• Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered
• Charges for value-added services like express delivery, gift wrapping, personalization etc are non-refundable.

Please ensure that product is in unused and in original condition which includes all price tags, labels, accessories, original packing and the invoice along with the product. And in the case of any manufacturing defects, we require the original packing, accessories and invoice even though the product may have been used by you.

 

Cancellation Policy

The order cancellation window is only for 2 hours after placement. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

How To Clean Overview

We are an online aggregator of cleaning products. We focus on family and home hygiene, water purification, pet cleaning, fruits and vegetables cleaning and appliance care products. We have various products that shall be made available on the website. As a user, you can browse through the catalogue and purchase products available in your geographic area. You can further place an order by making an online payment through our website. All orders placed through us will be shipped to your address from our facility. Shipment responsibility for an order is dependent on the arrangement between us and the shipping partner.

Please note that we do not accept product returns because of safety and hygiene concerns. We have a have a standard 7 day replacement policy. Order cancellation can be initiated only in case if an order has not been shipped. If an order is in transit, then the order cannot be cancelled. Product replacement policy is only applicable for tampered or damaged goods. Kindly note that three delivery attempts will be made for customers and then the product will ship back to the original source and cancelled automatically. Deducted money will be refunded after deducting the shipping and return shipping cost.
